Chocolate Orpington Bantam
The Chocolate Orpington bantam is the rarest of all Orpington colours having originated from the black Orpington breeding programme of the late Dr. Clive Carefoot.
The chocolate gene is a naturally occurring recessive gene, that when pure, dilates black to chocolate. The colour runs right through the bird including beak and legs.
We breed 100% chocolate orpington bantams.
